| 介绍2+7×0.30ST钢丝帘线的结构和性能，并与4+6×0.30HT钢丝帘线进行对比。结果表明，与4+6×0.30HT钢丝帘线相比，2+7×0.30ST钢丝帘线强度高、线密度小，破断力/线密度和破断力/帘线直径比值较高，有利于提高轮胎的承载能力和安全性能，其椭圆形结构具有优良的渗胶性能，并可显著减小帘布质量，满足轮胎轻量化的要求。 |

| The structure and properties of 2+7×0.30ST steel cord were introduced，and compared with 4+6×0.30HT steel cord.The results showed that，compared with 4+6×0.30HT steel cord，the strength of 2+7×0.30ST steel cord was higher，the linear density was lower，and the ratios of breaking force/linear density and breaking force/cord diameter were higher，which was in favor of improving the carrying capacity and safety performance of tire.2+7×0.30ST steel cord possessed good rubber penetrability because of its elliptical structure，and could significantly reduce the cord weight to meet the requirements of lightweight tire. |
