| 介绍16.9-30 10PR R 1W农业轮胎的设计。结构设计：外直径 1 465 mm，断面宽 412 mm，行驶面宽度 385 mm，行驶面弧度高 30 mm，胎圈着合直径 762 mm，胎圈着合宽度 381 mm，断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 0.80，采用R 1W胎面花纹，花纹深度 48 mm，花纹饱和度 23.6%，花纹周节数 21。施工设计：胎面采用两方三块结构，缓冲层采用2层930dtex/2V2锦纶6浸胶帘布，胎体采用4层高强度1670dtex/2V1锦纶6浸胶帘布，钢丝圈采用Φ1.0 mm的回火胎圈钢丝，采用半鼓式成型机成型、立式硫化罐硫化。成品性能试验结果表明，轮胎充气外缘尺寸和物理性能等均符合设计和相关标准要求。 |

| The design of 16.9-30 10PR R 1W agriculture tire was described.In the structure design，the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 1 465 mm，cross sectional width 412 mm，width of running surface 385 mm，height of running surface 30 mm，bead diameter at rim seat 762 mm，bead width at rim seat 381 mm，maximum width position of cross section(H1/H2) 0.80，R 1W tread pattern，pattern depth 48 mm，block/total ratio 23.6%，and total number of pitches 21.In the construction design，the following processes were taken：two formula and three piece tread，2 layers of 930dtex/2V2 dipped nylon 6 cord for breaker ply，4 layers of high strength 1670dtex/2V1 dipped nylon 6 cord for carcass ply，Φ1.0 mm tempered bead wire in the tire bead，using semi drum building machine to build tires and vertical autoclave to cure tires.It was confirmed by the tests of the finished tire that the peripheral dimension and physical properties met the requirements of design and relative standards. |
