| 介绍12-16.5 14PR L4低断面无内胎工业车辆轮胎的设计。结构设计：外直径 808 mm，断面宽 305 mm，行驶面宽度 280 mm，行驶面弧度高 -4 mm，胎圈着合直径 416 mm，胎圈着合宽度 247 mm，断面水平轴位置（H1/H2) 0．849，花纹深度 34 mm，花纹饱和度 63．7%，花纹周节数 22。施工设计：胎面采用两方三块结构，胎体采用6层1400dtex/3V1锦纶66浸胶帘布，缓冲层采用1层7×7×0．22+0．15NT钢丝帘布和1层1400dtex/3V2锦纶66浸胶帘布；采用半自动压辊包边成型机成型，四立柱硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明，成品轮胎的充气外缘尺寸和物理性能均符合国家标准及相关设计要求。 |

| The design of 12-165 14PR L4 low profile tubeless industrial vehicle tire was described.In the structure design，the following parameters were taken：overall diameter 808 mm，cross－sectional width 305 mm，width of running surface 280 mm，height of running surface -4 mm，bead diameter at rim seat 416 mm，bead width at rim seat 247 mm，maximum width position of cross-section (H1/H2) 0.849，pattern depth 34 mm，block/total ratio 63.7%，and total number of pitches 22.In the construction design，the following processes were taken：two formula and three piece extruded tread，6 layers of 1400dtex/3V1 dipped nylon 66 cord for carcass ply，1 layer of 7×7×0．22+0．15NT steel cord and 1 layer of 1400dtex/3V2 dipped nylon 66 cord for breaker ply；using semiautomatic press roll building machine to bulid tires，and using four post curing machine to cure tires.It was confirmed by the tests of finished tires that the inflated peripheral dimension and physical properties met the requirements of national standard and relative design. |
