| 介绍13/80-20 16PR工程机械斜交轮胎的设计。结构设计：外直径 1 040 mm，断面宽 309 mm，行驶面宽度 310 mm，行驶面弧度高 10 mm，胎圈着合直径 513 mm，胎圈着合宽度 216 mm，断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 0.989，采用C－1光面花纹。施工设计：胎面采用三方四块结构，缓冲层采用4层1400dtex/2锦纶6浸胶帘布，胎体采用8层高强度2100dtex/2锦纶6浸胶帘布(6V1+2V2)，钢丝圈采用Φ1.0 mm的回火胎圈钢丝，采用LCX 4B型成型机成型、B型硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明，轮胎充气外缘尺寸符合设计要求，物理性能符合国家标准要求。 |

| The design of 13/80-20 16PR off the road bias tire was described.In the structure design，the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 1 040 mm，cross-sectional width 309 mm，width of running surface 310 mm，height of running surface 10 mm，bead diameter at rim seat 513 mm，bead width at rim seat 216 mm，maximum width position of cross－section(H1/H2) 0.989，and using C－1 smooth tread pattern.In the construction design，the following processes were taken：three formula and four piece extruded tread，4 layers of 1400dtex/2 dipped nylon 6 cord for breaker ply，8 layers of high strength 2100dtex/2 dipped nylon 6 cord for carcass ply(6V1+2V2)，Φ1.0 mm copper plated tempered bead wire in the tire bead，using LCX 4B building machine to build tires and type B press to cure tires.It was confirmed by the tests of the finished tire that the peripheral dimension met the requirements of design，and physical properties met the requirements of national standards. |
