      研究超细粉末丁腈橡胶(UFP-NBR)用量对丁苯橡胶(SBR)1500、充油SBR1712和顺丁橡胶(BR)9000性能的影响。结果表明:在SBR1500配合体系中,随着UFP-NBR用量的增大,硫化胶的耐磨性能先提高后降低,滚动阻力先减小后增大,抗湿滑性能则呈提高趋势,且UFP-NBR的最佳用量为3~5份;在充油SBR1712配合体系中,随着UFP-NBR用量的增大,硫化胶的耐磨和抗湿滑性能提高,滚动阻力减小;在BR9000配合体系中,随着UFP-NBR用量的增大,硫化胶的耐磨性能降低,滚动阻力减小,抗湿滑性能则呈提高趋势。
英文摘要:
      The influence of addition level of ultra fine powdered nitrile butadiene rubber (UFP-NBR) on the properties of SBR1500,SBR1712 and BR9000 was investigated.The results showed that,as the addition level of UFP-NBR increased,the wear resistance of SBR1500 compound was improved at first and then decreased,the rolling resistance decreased at first and then increased,the wet skid resistance increased,and the optimum addition level of UFP-NBR was 3~5 phr.As the addition level of UFP-NBR increased,the wear resistance and wet skid resistance of SBR1712 compound were improved,and the rolling resistance decreased.As the addition level of UFP-NBR increased,the wear resistance of BR9000 compound decreased,the rolling resistance decreased,and the wet skid resistance was improved.
