| 介绍235/75R17.5 16PR无内胎全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计：外直径 794 mm，断面宽 238 mm，行驶面宽度 185 mm，行驶面弧度高 6 mm，胎圈着合直径 440 mm，胎圈着合宽度 184 mm，断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 0.85，胎面采用4条纵向条形花纹设计，花纹深度 11.5 mm,花纹饱和度 73%，花纹周节数 90。施工设计：胎面采用胎面胶和基部胶双层设计，1#和2#带束层采用3×0.20+6×0.35HT钢丝帘线，3#带束层采用5×0.30HI钢丝帘线，胎体采用3×0.24＋9×0.225+0.15HT钢丝帘线，采用一次法两鼓成型机成型、硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明，成品轮胎的外缘尺寸、强度性能和耐久性能符合相关设计和国家标准要求。 |

| The design of 235/75R17.5 16PR tubeless truck and bus radial tire was described.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 794 mm,cross-sectional width 238 mm,width of running surface 185 mm,height of running surface 6 mm，bead diameter at rim seat 440 mm,bead width at rim seat 184 mm,maximum width position of cross-section(H1/H2) 0.85,4 longitudinal rib tread pattern,pattern depth 11.5 mm, block/total ratio 73%，and total number of pitches 90.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:tread design with one layer of tread compound and one layer of base compound,3×0.20+6×0.35HT steel cord for 1# and 2# belt ply,5×0.30HI steel cord for 3# belt ply,3×0.24＋9×0.225+0.15HT steel cord for carcass ply,and using single stage two drum building machine to build tires and curing press to cure tires.It was confirmed by the tests of finished tire that,the peripheral dimension,strength performance and endurance performance met the requirements of the design and national standards. |
