      研究了成型工艺参数变化对子午线轮胎径向力波动(RFV)的影响。实验结果表明,胎面接头位于胎面传递环上方、成型半部件接头定位角度均匀分布、胎面长度减短10mm、胎面传递环瓦块尺寸与胎胚直径差异较小、在确保能夹紧胎面复合件的情况下胎面传递环瓦块夹持压力的降低,均有利于减小轮胎的RFV,提高轮胎的均匀性。
英文摘要:
      The influence of the forming process parameters variation on the radial force vibration of radial truck tire was studied in this paper. Results showed that the uniformity of tire was enhanced because those methods were adopt in this paper,which can reduce the radial force vibration of tire, for instance, the tire surface joint is lies on the above of transfer ring of tread, the higher uniform distribution of orientation angle of building half component joint is, the length of tread is cut by 10mm, the little difference between the pad size of tread transfer ring and the diameter of tire, and the reduce of the pad clamping pressure of tread transfer ring.
