| 介绍轻量化295/80R22.5全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计：外直径 1 042 mm，断面宽 293 mm，行驶面宽度 245 mm，行驶面弧度高 8.5 mm，胎圈着合直径 567 mm，胎圈着合宽度 245 mm，断面水平轴位置（H1/H2） 1.105，采用纵向花纹设计，花纹深度 17 mm，花纹周节数 60，花纹饱和度 73.6%。施工设计：胎体采用3+9×0.22+0.15钢丝帘线，1#和2#带束层均采用3×0.20+6×0.35HT钢丝帘线，3#带束层采用3×4×0.22HE钢丝帘线，0°带束层采用3×7×0.20HE钢丝帘线；采用两鼓一次法成型机成型，硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明，轮胎充气外缘尺寸和强度性能符合相应设计和国家标准要求，耐久性能和高速性能符合企业标准要求。 |

| The design of 295/80R22.5 lightweight truck and bus radial tire was described.In the structure design，the following parameters were taken：overall diameter 1 042 mm，cross-sectional width 293 mm，width of running surface 245 mm，height of running surface 8.5 mm，bead diameter at rim seat 567 mm，bead width at rim seat 245 mm，maximum width position of cross-section（H1/H2） 1.105，longitudinal pattern，pattern depth 17 mm，total number of pitches 60，and block/total ratio 73.6%.In the construction design：3+9×0.22+0.15 steel cord for carcass ply，3×0.20+6×0.35HT steel cord for 1# and 2# belt ply，3×4×0.22HE steel cord for 3# belt ply，and 3×7×0.20HE steel cord for 0° belt ply.The tire was built using two-drum single stage building machine and cured on curing press.It was confirmed by the tests of the finished tires that the inflated peripheral dimension and strength performance met the requirements of relative design and national standard，and the endurance performance and high speed performance met the requirements of enterprise standard. |
