| 介绍9.00-20NHS 14PR OB502工业车辆轮胎的设计。结构设计：外直径 1 006 mm，断面宽 232 mm，行驶面宽度 210 mm，行驶面弧度高 5.5 mm，胎圈着合直径 514 mm，胎圈着合宽度 178 mm，断面水平轴位置（H1/H2） 0.921 9，采用横向块状花纹，花纹深度 25 mm，花纹饱和度 76%，花纹周节数 30。施工设计：胎面采用三方四块结构，胎体采用8层高强度1400dtex/3锦纶6浸胶帘布，缓冲层采用2层1400dtex/3V3锦纶6浸胶帘布，采用胶囊反包成型机成型、B型胶囊硫化机硫化。成品轮胎试验结果表明，轮胎的充气外缘尺寸和物理性能均符合相应设计和国家标准要求。 |

| The design of 9.00-20NHS 14PR OB502 industry vehicle tire was described.In the structure design，the following parameters were taken：overall diameter 1 006 mm，cross-sectional width 232 mm，width of running surface 210 mm，arc height of running surface 5.5 mm，bead diameter at rim seat 514 mm，bead width at rim seat 178 mm，maximum width position of cross-sectional（H1/H2） 0.921 9，transverse block pattern，pattern depth 25 mm，block/total ratio 76%，and total number of pitches 30.In the construction design，the following processes were taken：three-formula and four-piece extruded tread，8 layers of high strength 1400dtex/3 nylon 6 dipped cord for carcass ply，and 2 layers of 1400dtex/3V3 nylon 6 dipped cord for breaker ply.The tires were built on turn up bladder and cured by using type B bladder curing press.It was confirmed by the test of the finished tires that，the inflated peripheral dimension and physical properties met the requirements in design and national standard. |
