| 介绍295/80R22.5 TRS02全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计：外直径 1 037 mm，断面宽 298 mm，行驶面宽度 225 mm，行驶面弧度高 8.8 mm，胎圈着合直径 569.5 mm，胎圈着合宽度 228.6 mm，断面水平轴位置（H1/H2） 0.993 6，采用曲折形花纹设计，花纹深度 16 mm，花纹周节数 59，花纹饱和度 71.71%。施工设计：胎体采用3+9×0.22+0.15钢丝帘线，1#和2#带束层均采用3×0.20+6×0.35HT钢丝帘线，3#带束层采用5×0.30HI钢丝帘线，0°带束层采用3×7×0.20HE钢丝帘线；采用机械式三鼓成型机成型，硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明，成品轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能和耐久性能均符合相应设计和国家标准要求。 |

| The design of 295/80R22.5 TRS02 truck and bus radial tire was described.In the structure design，the following parameters were taken：overall diameter 1 037 mm，cross-sectional width 298 mm，width of running surface 225 mm，height of running surface 8.8 mm，bead diameter at rim seat 569.5 mm，bead width at rim seat 228.6 mm，maximum width position of cross-section （H1/H2） 0.993 6，zigzag pattern，pattern depth 16 mm，total number of pitches 59，and block/total ratio 71.71%.In the construction design，the following processes were taken：3+9×0.22+0.15 steel cord for carcass ply，3×0.20+6×0.35HT steel cord for 1# and 2# belt ply，5×0.30HI steel cord for 3# belt ply，3×7×0.20HE steel cord for 0° belt ply；using mechanical type three drum building machine to build tires，and using curing press to cure tires.It was confirmed by the tests of finished tires that the inflated peripheral dimension，strength performance and endurance performance met the requirements of relative design and national standard. |
