| 介绍295/80R22.5 18PR无内胎全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计：外直径 1 042 mm，断面宽 304 mm，行驶面宽度 240 mm，行驶面弧度高 7.8 mm，胎圈着合直径 569.5 mm，胎圈着合宽度 240 mm，断面水平轴位置（H1/H2） 0.98，花纹深度 17.5 mm，花纹周节数 50，花纹饱和度 74.5%，采用3条纵向花纹沟设计。施工设计：胎面采用三方四块结构，胎体采用3+9×0.22+0.15HT钢丝帘线，1#和2#带束层采用3+8+0.33HT钢丝帘线，3#带束层采用3×4×0.22HE钢丝帘线，0°带束层采用2层3×7×0.20HE钢丝帘线。采用一次法成型机成型，蒸锅式硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明，成品轮胎的充气外缘尺寸和强度性能均符合相应设计和国家标准要求，耐久性能和高速性能符合企业标准要求。 |

| The design of 295/80R22.5 18PR tubeless truck and bus radial tire was described.In the structure design，the following parameters were taken：overall diameter 1 042 mm，cross-sectional width 304 mm，width of running surface 240 mm，height of running surface 7.8 mm，bead diameter at rim seat 569.5 mm，bead width at rim seat 240 mm，maximum width position of cross-section （H1/H2） 0.98，pattern depth 17.5 mm，total number of pitches 50，block/total ratio 74.5%，and 3 longitudinal pattern grooves.In the construction design，the following processes were taken：three-formula and four-piece extruded tread，3+9×0.22+0.15HT steel cord for carcass ply，3+8+0.33HT steel cord for 1# and 2# belt ply，3×4×0.22HE steel cord for 3# belt ply，2 layers of 3×0.20+6×0.35HT steel cord for 0° belt ply；using single stage building machine to build tires，and using steam type curing press to cure tires.It was confirmed by the tests of finished tires that the inflated peripheral dimension and strength performance met the requirements of relative design and national standard，and the endurance performance and high speed performance met the requirements of enterprise standard. |
