以3×0.24+9×0.225WHT钢丝帘线替代3+9+15×0.175+0.15钢丝帘线应用于315/80R22.5 18PR无内胎全钢载重子午线轮胎胎体。试验结果表明:与3+9+15×0.175+0.15钢丝帘线相比,3×0.24+9×0.225WHT钢丝帘线强度高,直径小,且钢丝帘布压延密度大,上下覆胶厚度和钢丝间胶厚度大;以3×0.24+9×0.225WHT钢丝帘线替代3+9+15×0.175+0.15钢丝帘线后,成品轮胎的外缘尺寸变化不大,强度性能和耐久性能提高,且轮胎质量和成本减小。 |

3×0.24+9×0.225WHT steel cord was applied in carcass of 315/80R22.5 18PR tubeless truck and bus radial tire by replacing 3+9+15×0.175+0.15 steel cord.The test results showed that,compared with 3+9+15×0.175+0.15 steel cord,3×0.24+9×0.225WHT steel cord possessed higher strength,smaller diameter,higher calendering density,and higher rubber thickness in coated fabric and between steel cords.With 3×0.24+9×0.225WHT steel cord,the inflated peripheral dimension of the tire changed little,the strength performance and endurance performance were improved,and the weight and cost of tires were reduced. |
