中文摘要:
      研究低滚动阻力全钢载重子午线轮胎胎面胶的配方。结果表明:在胎面胶中采用顺丁橡胶和炭黑N234,并适当增大白炭黑用量,硫化胶的物理性能满足使用要求,60 ℃时的损耗因子明显减小,耐磨性能提高;成品轮胎的耐久性能和速度性能均达到企业标准要求,滚动阻力降低。
英文摘要:
      The tread compound formulation of low rolling resistance truck and bus radial tire was investigated.The results showed that,by using butadiene rubber and carbon black N234,and increasing the additional level of silica properly in the tread compound,the physical properties of the vulcanizates met the application requirements,the loss factor at 60 ℃ decreased significantly,and the wear resistance was improved.The endurance and speed performance of finished tire met the requirements of enterprise standards,and the rolling resistance decreased.
