| 介绍18.4-38 12PR水田农业轮胎的设计。结构设计：外直径 1 855 mm，断面宽 445 mm，行驶面宽度 445 mm，行驶面弧度高 30 mm，胎圈着合直径 969 mm，胎圈着和宽度 406 mm，断面水平轴位置( H1/ H2) 0.477，花纹深度 90 mm，花纹饱和度 17.5%，花纹周节数 19。施工设计：胎面采用三方五块结构，胎体采用4层1870dtex/2V1和2层1870dtex/2V2锦纶6浸胶帘布，缓冲层采用2层930dtex/2锦纶6浸胶帘布；采用LCX-4B型成型机成型，立式硫化罐硫化。成品性能试验结果表明，成品轮胎的充气外缘尺寸和物理性能均符合相应设计和国家标准要求。 |

| The design of 18.4-38 12PR paddy field agricultural tire was described.In the structure design，the following parameters were taken：overall diameter 1 855 mm，cross-sectional width 445 mm，width of running surface 445 mm，height of running surface 30 mm，bead diameter at rim seat 969 mm，bead width at rim seat 406 mm，maximum width position of cross section (H1/ H2) 0.477，pattern depth 90 mm，block/total ratio 17.5%，pattern circular pitch 19.In the construction design，the following processes were taken：three-formula and five-piece extruded tread，4 layers of 1870dtex/2V1 and 2 layers of 1870dtex/2V2 dipped nylon 6 cord for carcass ply，2 layers of 930dtex/2 dipped nylon 6 cord for breaker ply；using LCX-4B type building machine to build tires，and using autoclave to cure tires.It was confirmed by the tests of finished tires that the inflated peripheral dimension and physical properties met the requirements of relative design and national standard. |
