| 介绍SUV车型用285/60R18轿车子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计：外直径 795 mm，断面宽 300 mm，行驶面宽度 220 mm，行驶面弧度高 9.8 mm，胎圈着合直径 457.2 mm，胎圈着合宽度 236 mm，断面水平轴位置( H1/ H2) 1.03，采用TR257花纹并优化花纹节距排列，花纹深度 10 mm，花纹不饱和度 34%，花纹周节数 59。施工设计：胎面采用三方四块结构，胎体采用2层1440dtex/2尺寸稳定型聚酯帘布，带束层采用3×0.30HT钢丝帘线，钢丝圈采用Φ0.96 mm回火胎圈钢丝，采用一次法成型机成型和双模液压硫化机硫化，采用有限元分析技术进行模拟分析。成品性能试验结果表明，轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、脱圈阻力、耐久性能、低气压性能以及高速性能达到相关设计和国家标准要求。 |

| The design of 285/60R18 passenger car radial tire for SUV was described.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 795 mm,cross-sectional width 300 mm,width of running surface 220 mm,arc height of running surface 9.8 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 457.2 mm,bead width at rim seat 236 mm,maximum width position of cross section (H1/ H2) 1.03,TR257 tread pattern with optimized pitch order,pattern depth 10 mm, groove/total ratio 34%，number of pattern pitch 59.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:three-formula and four-pieces layered tread,2 layers of 1440dtex/2 DSP cord for carcass ply，3×0.30HT steel cord for belt,Φ0.95 mm copper-plated tempering bead wire，and using one-stage building machine to build tires and hydraulic double press to cure tires.The design was simulated by FEA.It was confirmed by the test of finished tires that，the inflated peripheral dimension，strength performance，bead unseating resistance，endurance performance，low air pressure performance and high speed performance met the requirements in design and national standard. |
