      介绍丁苯橡胶(SBR)用环保油的选择方法,并分析采用环保油替代高芳烃油需要注意的问题。采用环保油替代高芳烃油用于SBR,需要关注其工艺性能以及替代后胶料的物理性能。由于乳聚丁苯橡胶和溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)的分子结构及其中是否存在极性组分不同,导致两者对油品的要求不尽相同,其中SSBR与环保油的相容性较好,运动粘度不高的所有环保油均可用于SSBR。

      The selection of environment-friendly oil for styrene-butadiene rubber(SBR) was introduced.The key issues in application of environment-friendly oil to replace distillate aromatic extracts(DAE) were analyzed,for example,the processing properties and physical properties of the compound.The emulsion polymerized SBR and solution polymerized SBR(SSBR) had a different requirement in oil due to different molecular structure and polarity component.The compatibility between SSBR and environment-friendly oil was better,and most of the environment-friendly oil with low kinematic viscosity could be applied to SSBR.
