      以自制路易斯碱为调节剂(调节剂T)、正丁基锂为引发剂,采用阴离子聚合法、填充环保型芳烃油RAE制备环保型高乙烯基溶聚丁苯橡胶(HVSBR),并对比研究了几种胎面用丁苯橡胶与顺丁橡胶(BR)并用胶的性能。结果表明:少量的调节剂T有助于合成相对分子质量分布宽、加工性能好的HVSBR,乙烯基质量分数可达0.6~0.7;HVSBR/BR并用胶的综合物理性能、耐磨性能和动态力学性能较好,压缩疲劳温升和永久变形较小。
英文摘要:
      Using self-made Lewis base as modifier(modifier T) and n-butyllithium as initiator,the high-vinyl solution styrene butadiene rubber(HVSBR) was prepared by anionic solution copolymerization.HVSBR was filled with environment-friendly oil RAE, and the properties of several SBR/BR blends for tire tread were comparatively investigated.The results showed that,small addition level of modifier T helped to produce HVSBR with wide relative molecular weight distribution and good processability,and the mass fraction of vinyl content could reach 0.6~0.7.The comprehensive physical properties,wear resistance and dynamic properties of HVSBR/BR blend were better,and compression fatigue heat build-up and compression set were lower.
