      研制工业参比炭黑4#(IRC4#)标样,并按GB/T 9580—2009《标准参比炭黑的鉴定方法》进行定值。结果表明:IRC4#的理化性质及数据的标准偏差水平与ASTM IRB7#(IRB7#)相近,具有较高的稳定性;IRB7#和IRC4#分别填充天然橡胶、丁苯橡胶和顺丁橡胶硫化胶的物理性能相当,IRC4#可替代IRB7#用于合成橡胶产品的质量鉴定。
英文摘要:
      The industrial reference carbon black 4# (IRC4#) was prepared according to GB/T 9580—2009《The Appraisal Method of Standard Reference Carbon Black》.The results showed that,the physicochemical properties of IRC4# and standard deviation level of data were similar to those of ASTM IRB7#,and IRC4# showed comparatively high stability.The physical properties of natural rubber,butadiene styrene rubber and butadiene rubber vulcanizates filled with IRC4# were similar to those filled with IRB7#,respectively.IRC4# could be used as industrial reference carbon black instead of IRB7#.
