| 对轻型载重子午线轮胎胎面胶配方进行优化。试验结果表明，胎面胶采用天然橡胶 5，丁苯橡胶 80，顺丁橡胶 15，增大炭黑和芳烃油的用量，并对配方其他组分进行适当调整，胎面胶硬度和300%定伸应力增大，拉伸强度、拉断伸长率和拉断永久变形减小，胎面胶性能能够满足轻型载重子午线轮胎使用要求，生产成本降低。 |

| The tread compound of light truck radial tire was modified.The test results showed that，by using 5 phr natural rubber，80 phr styrene butadiene rubber，and 15 phr butadiene rubber in the modified tread compound，increasing the addition level of carbon black and aromatic oil，and properly adjusting other compositions of tread compound formula，the hardness and modulus at 300% of tread compound increased；the tensile strength，elongation at break and tensile set at break decreased；the properties of tread compound met the requirements of radial light truck tire，and the cost of materials was reduced. |
