| 介绍16.9-34 10PR R-1农业拖拉机驱动轮胎的设计。结构设计：轮胎外直径 1 580 mm，轮胎断面宽 412 mm，行驶面宽度 388 mm，行驶面弧度高 26 mm，胎圈着合直径 866 mm，胎圈着合宽度 380 mm，断面水平轴位置（H1/H2） 0.645 2，采用人字形花纹，花纹深度 39 mm，花纹周节数 20，花纹饱和度 30.7%。施工设计：胎面采用两方三块结构，胎体采用4层1870dtex/2V2锦纶6浸胶帘布，缓冲层采用1层930dtex/2V3锦纶6浸胶帘布，采用半芯轮式成型机成型，立式硫化罐硫化。成品性能试验结果表明，成品轮胎外缘尺寸和物理性能均符合相应设计和国家标准要求。 |

| The design of 16.9-34 10PR R-1 agricultural tractor drive tire was described.In structure design，the following parameters were taken：overall diameter 1 580 mm，cross-sectional width 412 mm，width of running surface 388 mm，height of running surface 26 mm，bead diameter at rim seat 866 mm，bead width at rim seat 380 mm，cross-sectional level ratio（H1/H2） 0.645 2，chevron block pattern，pattern depth 39 mm，number of pattern pitch 20，block/groove ratio 30.7%.In construction design，the following processes were taken：two-formula and three-piece extruded tread，4 layers 1870dtex/2V2 dipped nylon 6 cord for carcass ply，1 layer 930dtex/2V3 dipped nylon 6 cord for breaker ply；using semi-flat building machine to build tires，and using autoclave to cure tires.It was confirmed by the test of finished tires that the inflated peripheral dimension and physical properties met the requirements in the relative design and national standard. |
