| The process of tire mold master model NC Machining by using CAD/CAM technology based on UG NX4 software was introduced,and the method of setting up master model and the para-meters in manufacturing parent nodes as well as choosing manufacturing method were described.With CAD/CAM technology, the machining programs included parts modeling,manufacturing process formulating,cutting tool path generating,cutting simulation and NC codes generating. |
