      研究4+6×0.30HT Betru钢丝帘线在全钢载重子午线轮胎中的应用。试验结果表明,以4+6×0.30HT Betru钢丝帘线代替3+9+15×0.22+0.15NT钢丝帘线用于全钢载重子午线轮胎带束工作层,轮胎外缘尺寸基本无变化,强度性能相当,耐久性能略有提升。从有限元分析结果看,轮胎印痕和下沉量及胎肩部位应变能密度基本一致。通过实际装车试验及市场评价结果看,采用4+6×0.30HT Betru钢丝帘线轮胎的胎肩脱层退赔率略有降低。从成本分析看,4+6×0.30HT Betru钢丝帘线优势明显。
英文摘要:
      The application of 4+6×0.30HT Betru steel cord in TBR tire belt was investigated.The test results showed that,when 3+9+15×0.22+0.15NT steel cord was replaced by 4+6×0.30HT Betru in working ply of TBR tire belt,the overall dimension of the tire changed little,the strength was quite similar,and the endurance increased a little.From the results of FEA,the foot print,deflection and strain energy density on shoulder area of the tire almost kept the same.From the field test and market feedback,the claim rate decreased slightly about shoulder separation after 4+6×0.30HT Betru was applied. From cost analysis,the advantage of 4+6×0.30HT Betru steel cord was significantly.
