      采用ABAQUS有限元软件建立轮胎在余弦凹穴路面上滚动的三维有限元模型,并用显式有限元程序模拟载重子午线轮胎在余弦凹穴路面上滚动的动态过程,对滚动过程中轮胎带束层端点和胎体帘布反包端点单元的受力变形进行分析。结果表明,速度变化及凹穴深度和长度变化均不影响轮胎带束层端点和胎体帘布反包端点单元应力-应变的变化规律,带束层端点单元的应力和应变以及胎体帘布反包端点单元的应力均在凹穴底部达到最大值。
英文摘要:
      A 3D model of tire rolling on the road with pothole obstacle was built by using ABAQUS finite element analysis software,the rolling process of TBR tire was simulated using explicit finite element method,and the stress and strain of elements of belt ends and carcass turn-up ends were analyzed.The results showed that,velocity change,and pothole depth and length had no effect on the stress-strain behavior,while the stress and strain reached maximum values at the bottom of potholes.
