| 介绍18.00-33 36PR E-4无内胎工程机械轮胎的设计。结构设计：外直径 1 878 mm，断面宽 480 mm，行驶面宽度 440 mm，行驶面弧度高 20 mm，胎圈着合直径 833 mm，胎圈着合宽度 330 mm，断面水平轴位置（H1/H2）0.791 7，采用E-4型块状加深花纹，花纹深度 66.5 mm，花纹饱和度 66.8%，花纹周节数 30。施工设计：胎体采用20层1400dtex/3V1锦纶66浸胶帘布，缓冲层采用4层930dtex/2V3锦纶66浸胶帘布；采用半自动压辊包边成型机成型，立式硫化罐硫化。成品轮胎性能试验结果表明，轮胎充气外缘尺寸和物理性能均符合相应设计和国家标准要求。 |

| The design of 18.00-33 36PR E-4 tubeless OTR tire was described.In structure design，the following parameters were taken：overall diameter 1 878 mm，cross sectional width 480 mm，width of running surface 440 mm，height of running surface 20 mm，bead diameter at rim seat 833 mm，bead width at rim seat 330 mm，cross-sectional level ratio（H1/H2） 0.791 7，with the design of E-4 type block deepened pattern，pattern depth 66.5 mm，block/groove ratio 66.8%，number of pattern pitch 30.In construction design，the following processes were taken：20 layers 1400dtex/3V1 nylon 66 dipped cord for carcass ply，4 layers 930dtex/2V3 nylon 66 dipped cord for breaker ply；using semi-automatic building machine with press roll and tipping to build tires，and using autoclave to cure tires.It was confirmed by the test of finished tires that the peripheral dimension and physical property met the requirements in design and national standard. |
