| 介绍355/65-15 24PR矿山用工业车辆轮胎的设计。结构设计：外直径 805.5 mm，断面宽 356 mm，行驶面宽度 310 mm，行驶面弧度高 4 mm，胎圈着合直径 386.6 mm，胎圈着合宽度 247.5 mm，断面水平轴位置（H1/H2） 1.154 6，采用横向块状花纹设计，花纹深度 25 mm，花纹饱和度 76%，花纹周节数 22。施工设计：胎面采用三方四块结构；胎体采用10层高强度1400dtex/3锦纶6浸胶帘布，缓冲层采用2层1400dtex/3V3锦纶6浸胶帘布；采用成型机成型，液压式B型胶囊硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明，成品轮胎充气外缘尺寸和物理性能均符合设计和国家标准要求。 |

| A design of 355/65-15 24PR mining industrial vehicle tire was described.In structure design，the following parameters were taken：overall diameter 805.5 mm，cross-sectional width 356 mm，width of running surface 310 mm，height of running surface 4 mm，bead diameter at rim seat 386.6 mm，bead width at rim seat 247.5 mm，cross-sectional level ratio （H1/H2） 1.154 6，with the design of transverse pattern block，pattern depth 25 mm，block/groove ratio 76%，pattern circular pitch 22.In construction design，the following processes were taken：three-formula and four-piece extruded tread，10 layers 1400dtex/3 dipped nylon 6 cord for carcass ply，2 layers 1400dtex/3V3 dipped nylon 6 cord for breaker ply；using building machine to build tires，and using hydraulic B-type capsule curing press to cure tires.It was confirmed by the tests of finished tires that the inflated peripheral dimension and physical properties met the requirements of design and national standard. |
