| 介绍225/40R18 92H XL低断面镶钉雪地轿车子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计：采用独特的方形轮廓设计，在轮胎花纹中镶入12#雪地钉，花纹深度为10 mm，花纹饱和度为67%，花纹周节数为30，采用对称有向花纹设计。施工设计：胎面采用三方四块结构，胎体采用1层1670dtex/2聚酯浸胶帘布，带束层采用2层开放型1×3×0.30HT钢丝帘线；采用两次法成型机成型，双模热板式B型硫化机硫化。成品轮胎性能试验结果表明，轮胎充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、脱圈阻力、耐久性能和高速性能均满足相应设计和国家标准要求。 |

| A design of 225/40R18 92H XL low profile studded snow PCR tire was described.In structure design，with the design of special square profile，and the 12# snow nails inserted into the pattern，pattern depth 10 mm，block/groove ratio67%，pattern circular pitch30，with the design of symmetric directed pattern.In construction design，the following processes were taken：three formula and four piece extruded tread，1 layer 1670dtex/2 polyester cord for carcass ply，2 layers open type 1×3×0.30HT steel cord for belt ply；using two step building machine to build tires，and using double mold B type curing press to cure tires.It was confirmed by the tests of finished tires that the inflated peripheral dimension，strength performance，bead unseating resistance，endurance performance and high speed performance met the requirements of relative design and national standard. |
