| 介绍13.00-25 28PR工程机械轮胎的设计。结构设计：外直径 1 300 mm，断面宽 320 mm，行驶面宽度 282 mm，行驶面弧度高 18 mm，胎圈着合直径 632 mm，胎圈着合宽度 216 mm，断面水平轴位置（H1/H2） 0.815 2，该规格轮胎采用两种花纹形式，分别为KT62水波纹和KT699横向花纹沟为主的混合花纹，花纹饱和度34.09%和34.28%，花纹深度 26 mm，花纹周节数 30。施工设计：胎体采用14层高强度的1870dtex/2锦纶6浸胶帘布，缓冲层采用4层930dtex/2锦纶66浸胶帘布；采用4B型胶囊反包成型机成型，胶囊硫化罐硫化。成品性能试验结果表明，成品轮胎充气外缘尺寸和物理性能均符合相应设计和国家标准要求。 |

| A design of 13.00-25 28PR OTR tire was described.In structure design，the following parameters were taken：overall diameter 1 300 mm，cross sectional width 320 mm，width of running surface 282 mm，height of running surface 18 mm，bead diameter at rim seat 632 mm，bead width at rim seat 216 mm，cross-sectional level ratio（H1/H2） 0.815 2，with the mixed pattern design of KT62 wave pattern and KT699 transverse pattern groove ，block/groove ratio 34.09% and 34.28%，pattern depth 26 mm，number of pattern pitch 30.In construction design，the following processes were taken：14 layers 1870dtex/2 nylon 6 dipped cord for carcass ply，4 layers 930dtex/2 nylon 66 dipped cord for breaker ply；using 4B-type bladder turn-up building machine to build tires，and using bladder curing press to cure tires.It was confirmed by the test of finished tires that the inflated peripheral dimension and physical property met the requirements in design and national standard. |
