| The continuous automatic milling technology at low temperature combined the advantage of mixer and mill.Using the milling system at low temperature could decrease mixing temperature and improve rubber-filler interaction,which could increase the production rate of one step milling by more than 200%,reduce milling energy consumption by more than 27%,enhance the dispersion degree of filler in rubber by more than 20%,and improve the wear resistance of tires by more than 5%. |
