| 介绍7.50-16 8PR PR-1农业轮胎的设计。结构设计：外直径 808 mm，断面宽 196 mm，行驶面宽度 185 mm，弧度高 16 mm，胎圈着合直径 406 mm，胎圈着合宽度 140 mm，断面水平轴位置（H1/H2) 0.425 5，花纹深度 73 mm，花纹饱和度 13.8%，花纹周节数 13。施工设计：采用水田作业轮胎专用胎面胶料，胎体采用4层1400dtex/2V2锦纶6浸胶帘布，钢丝圈采用Ф1 mm的19#胎圈钢丝，采用半芯轮式成型机成型、四立柱硫化机硫化。成品轮胎试验结果表明，轮胎的充气外缘尺寸符合用户要求，物理性能符合国家标准要求。 |

| A design of 7.50-16 8PR PR 1 agriculture tire was described.In structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 808 mm,cross-sectional width 196 mm,width of running surface 185 mm,height of running surface 16 mm，bead diameter at rim seat 406 mm,bead width at rim seat 140 mm,cross-sectional level ratio(H1/H2) 0.425 5,pattern depth 73 mm,block/groove ratio 13.8%,number of pattern pitch 13.In construction design,the following processes were taken:using special tread compound of agriculture tire for paddy field,4 layers 1400dtex/2V2 dipped nylon 6 cord for carcass ply，Ф1 mm 19# bead wire,using the tire building machine to build tires and vertical press to cure tires.It was confirmed by the tests of finished tire that,the inflated dimension met the requirements of customers,and physical properties met the requirements of national standard. |
