      针对全钢载重子午线轮胎胎圈部位易发生脱层和裂口的问题,为了使钢丝圈形状稳定,减轻胎体钢丝帘线的抽离位移,将钢丝圈包布作业方式由折叠式改为缠绕式,有效减小了胎体钢丝帘线反包端点的屈挠应力,从而防止了脱层和裂口的产生。改进后钢丝圈在经过成型硫化和实际使用后变形量较改进前减小,胎圈部位耐久性能大幅度提升。
英文摘要:
      Delamination and cracks usually happened in the bead parts of all-steel TBR tire.In order to make the shape of steel rings solid and reduce the displacement or pulling out of steel carcass cord,the manufacturing method of bead chafer cover was changed from folding method to wrapping method.It was found that the flex stress at the turning points of steel carcass cord was effectively reduced,so that delamination and cracks were prevented.The shape of improved steel rings changed less after tire building,vulcanization and using,and the endurance of bead was increased significantly.
