| 介绍7.00-16NHS 14PR矿用轻型载重斜交轮胎的设计。结构设计：轮胎外直径 780 mm，轮胎断面宽 176 mm，行驶面宽度 145 mm，胎圈着合直径 405 mm，胎圈着合宽度 140 mm，断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 0.838 2，采用加深块状花纹设计，花纹深度 17 mm。施工设计：胎面采用三方四块结构，胎体采用4层高强度2100dtex/2V1和2层高强度2100dtex/2V2锦纶66浸胶帘布，缓冲层采用2层1400dtex/2V3锦纶6浸胶帘布，采用半芯轮式成型机成型，双模硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明，轮胎充气外缘尺寸、强度性能和耐久性能均符合相应国家和企业标准要求。 |

| A design of 7.00-16NHS 14PR mine bias light truck tire was described.In structure design，the following parameters were taken：overall diameter 780 mm，cross sectional width 176 mm，width of running surface 145 mm，height of running surface 13.5 mm，bead diameter at rim seat 405 mm，bead width at rim seat 140 mm，cross-sectional level ratio 0.838 2，with the design of deepen pattern block，and pattern depth 17 mm.In construction design，the following processes were taken：three-formula and four-piece extruded tread，4 layers 2100dtex/2V1 and 2 layers 2100dtex/2V2 nylon 66 cord for carcass ply，2 layers 1400dtex/2V3nylon 6 cord for breaker ply；using semi-flat building machine to build tires，and using double mold vulcanizer to cure tires.It was confirmed by the tests of finished tire that the inflated overall dimension，strength property and endurance property met the requirements of national and enterprise standards. |
