| 研究高硅粉等量替代MC炭黑在摩托车外胎帘布胶中的应用。结果表明，采用高硅粉替代MC炭黑可降低胶料门尼粘度，改善工艺性能，对胶料硫化特性无不良影响，可提高硫化胶的拉伸强度、撕裂强度、耐老化性能和粘合性能等，成品轮胎性能满足国家标准要求，生产成本降低。 |

| The application of high silicon powder to replace MC carbon black in carcass ply compound of motorcycle tire was investigated.The results showed that，by using high silicon powder instead of MC carbon black，the Mooney viscosity of compound was decreased，processibility was improved，curing behavior changed little，and the tensile strength，tear strength，aging resistance and adhesion property were improved.The tire performance met the requirements of the national standard，and the production cost decreased. |
