| 研究几种环保油的基本性质及其在胎面胶中的应用性能。试验结果表明，与芳烃油相比，环保油的苯胺点高，芳烃所占比例小；填充环保油胶料的门尼焦烧时间和t90延长，tanδ值减小，硫化胶的100%定伸应力略有增大，撕裂强度减小，回弹值增大，动态力学性能相差不大，抗湿滑性能下降。几种环保油相比较而言，填充环烷油的硫化胶耐磨性能最好，较大负荷下的滚动阻力最低；填充残余芳烃提取物的硫化胶抗湿滑性能最好。 |

| The basic properties of several environment-friendly oils and their application properties in tread compound were investigated.The test results showed that，the aniline point of environment-friendly oils were much higher than the aromatic oil，and the arene content was much lower.Compared to the aromatic oil，when environment-friendly oils were used，the Mooney scorch time and t90 of environment-friendly oils filled compound extended，tanδ decreased，the stress at 100% strain of vulcanizate increased slightly，the tear strength decreased，the resilience increased，the dynamic property changed slightly，and the wet skid resistance decreased.Among the environment-friendly oils，NAP gave the vulcanizate the best wear resistance and lowest rolling resistance under high load，while RAE provided the best wet skid resistance. |
