研究几种环保油的基本性质及其在胎面胶中的应用性能。试验结果表明,与芳烃油相比,环保油的苯胺点高,芳烃所占比例小;填充环保油胶料的门尼焦烧时间和t90延长,tanδ值减小,硫化胶的100%定伸应力略有增大,撕裂强度减小,回弹值增大,动态力学性能相差不大,抗湿滑性能下降。几种环保油相比较而言,填充环烷油的硫化胶耐磨性能最好,较大负荷下的滚动阻力最低;填充残余芳烃提取物的硫化胶抗湿滑性能最好。 |

The basic properties of several environment-friendly oils and their application properties in tread compound were investigated.The test results showed that,the aniline point of environment-friendly oils were much higher than the aromatic oil,and the arene content was much lower.Compared to the aromatic oil,when environment-friendly oils were used,the Mooney scorch time and t90 of environment-friendly oils filled compound extended,tanδ decreased,the stress at 100% strain of vulcanizate increased slightly,the tear strength decreased,the resilience increased,the dynamic property changed slightly,and the wet skid resistance decreased.Among the environment-friendly oils,NAP gave the vulcanizate the best wear resistance and lowest rolling resistance under high load,while RAE provided the best wet skid resistance. |
