| 试验研究增粘树脂WDH-B在载重斜交轮胎中的应用。结果表明，在轻型载重轮胎胎体帘布层外层胶中加入增粘树脂WDH-B，硫化胶的300%定伸应力减小，撕裂强度增大；成品轮胎胎体帘布层间的粘合强度提高，耐久性能符合国家标准要求。在矿山系列载重轮胎胎面胶中加入增粘树脂WDH-B，硫化胶的撕裂强度略有增大，屈挠裂口长度明显减小；成品轮胎胎面胶的物理性能变化不大，轮胎使用寿命延长。 |

| The application of phenolic resin WDH-B in bias truck tire was experimentally investigated.The results showed that,by adding phenolic resin WDH-B in carcass ply compound of bias light truck tire,the stress at 300% strain of vulcanizate decreased,the tear strength increased,the adhesion of carcass ply in finished tire improved,and the endurance met the requirements of national standard.By adding phenolic resin WDH-B in tread compound of mine truck tire,the tear strength of vulcanizate increased slightly,the flex cracking length was shortened significantly,the physical properties of the tread in finished tire changed a little,and the service time of tire extended. |
