| 介绍7.00R16全钢轻型载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计：轮胎外直径 773 mm，轮胎断面宽 196 mm，行驶面宽度 150 mm，胎圈着合直径 403 mm，胎圈着合宽度 140 mm，断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 1.044 2，花纹深度 11 mm，花纹饱和度 73.4%，花纹周节数 76，采用4条纵向主花纹沟设计。施工设计：胎面采用三方四块结构，胎体采用1层高强度12×0.22+1HT钢丝帘布；采用一次法成型机成型，双模定型硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明，成品轮胎充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、耐久性能和高速性能均符合相应国家和企业标准要求。 |

| A design of 7.00R16 all-steel radial LT tire was described.In structure design，the following parameters were taken：overall diameter 773 mm，cross sectional width 196 mm，width of running surface 150 mm，bead diameter at rim seat 403 mm，bead width at rim seat 140 mm，cross-sectional level ratio(H1/H2) 1.044 2，pattern depth 11 mm，block/groove ratio 73.4%，number of pattern pitch 76，with the design of 4 longitudinal pattern grooves.In construction design，the following processes were taken：three-formula and four-piece extruded tread，1 layer 12×0.22+1HT steel cord for carcass ply；using single stage building machine to build tires，and using double mold shaping curing press to cure tires.It was confirmed by the tests of finished tires that the inflated overall dimension，strength，endurance and high speed performance met the requirements of the national and enterprise standards. |
