| 研究间苯二酚-甲醛树脂在全钢载重子午线轮胎带束层胶料中的应用。结果表明，间苯二酚-甲醛树脂替代间苯二酚应用于全钢载重子午线轮胎带束层胶料，硫化胶的物理性能变化不大，H抽出力和耐老化性能基本不变，胶料生热降低；成品轮胎耐久性能不变，解决了胶料在加工过程中出现的冒烟现象，减小环境污染。 |

| The application of resorcinol-formaldehyde resin in belt compound of TBR tire was investigated.The results showed that，by using resorcinol-formaldehyde resin in the belt compound of TBR tire instead of resorcinol，the physical properties of vulcanizate changed little，H pull-out force and aging resistance were similar，and the heat build-up of rubber compound reduced；the endurance of finished tire changed slightly，the smoking of compound in processing was also avoided，and environmental pollution could be reduced. |
