介绍14.9-24 R-1无内胎农业驱动轮轮胎的设计情况。结构设计:外直径 1 250 mm,断面宽 355 mm,行驶面宽度 345 mm,胎圈着合直径 610 mm,花纹深度 40 mm,花纹饱和度 26.5%,花纹支撑角采取变角度设计。施工设计:胎面采用两方四块,胎体采用4层加密1400dtex/2V1锦纶6浸胶帘布,缓冲层采用2层930dtex/2V3锦纶6浸胶帘布;胎体帘布裁断角度为31.5°,采用半芯轮式成型机成型,硫化罐硫化。成品轮胎试验结果表明,轮胎充气外缘尺寸和物理性能均符合国家标准要求。 |

A design of 14.9-24 R-1 tubeless agricultural drive axle tire was described.In structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 1 250 mm,cross sectional width 355 mm,width of running surface 345 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 610 mm,pattern depth 40 mm,block/groove ratio 26.5%,and varied support angles in tread pattern.In construction design,the following processes were taken:two-formula and four-piece extruded tread,4 ply 1400dtex/2V1 dense nylon 6 cord for carcass ply,2 ply 930dtex/2V3 nylon 6 cord for breaker ply;the angle of carcass ply cutting was 31.5°,semi-flat building machine was used to build tire,and vulcanizer was used to cure tires.It was confirmed by the tests of finished tires that the inflated overall dimension and physical properties of finished tire met the requirements of national standards. |
