| 介绍16/70-16 10PR工程机械轮胎的设计情况。结构设计：外直径 946 mm，断面宽 390 mm，行驶面宽度 360 mm，胎圈着合直径 404 mm，胎圈着合宽度 330 mm，花纹深度 22 mm，花纹饱和度 63.7%。施工设计：胎面采用两方四块，胎体采用6层1400dtex/2锦纶6浸胶帘布，缓冲层采用2层930dtex/2V3锦纶6浸胶帘布，采用半芯轮式成型机头成型，B型胶囊硫化机硫化。成品轮胎试验结果表明，轮胎充气外缘尺寸和物理性能分别符合设计和企业标准要求，实际里程试验结果满足客户要求。 |

| A design of 16/70-16 10PR OTR tire was described.In structure design，the following parameters were taken：overall diameter 946 mm，cross sectional width 390 mm，width of running surface 360 mm，bead diameter at rim seat 404 mm，bead width at rim seat 330 mm，pattern depth 22 mm，block/groove ratio 63.7%.In construction design，the following processes were taken：two-formula and four-piece extruded tread，6 ply 1400dtex/2 nylon 6 cord for carcass ply，2 ply 930dtex/2V3 nylon 6 cord for breaker ply；using semi-flat building drum to build tire，and using B model capsule vulcanizer to cure tires.It was confirmed by the tests of finished tires that，the inflated overall dimension and physical properties of finished tire met the design requirements and enterprise standard，and the results of outdoor mileage test met the customer requirements. |
