| 试验研究纳米碳酸钙在载重斜交轮胎内层帘布胶中的应用。结果表明，5份纳米碳酸钙用于载重斜交轮胎内层帘布胶配方，硫化胶的工艺性能变化较小，拉伸性能和撕裂性能较好，其它性能变化不大；成品轮胎的物理和耐久性能略微提高，每千克胶料成本可降低0.36元。 |

| The application of nano-calcium carbonate in inner carcass ply compound of truck bias tire was investigated.The results showed that，by using 5 phr nano-calcium carbonate in inner carcass ply compound，the processing property of vulcanizate changed slightly，better tensile properties and tear strength were obtained，and other properties changed a little；the physical properties and the endurance performance of finished tire were slightly improved，and the cost of the compound was reduced by 0.36 yuan·kg-1. |
