      研究炭黑N115,N134和N234对载重子午线轮胎胎面胶性能的影响。试验结果表明,与填充炭黑N115胶料相比,填充炭黑N134和N234胶料的门尼粘度明显增大,焦烧时间和正硫化时间缩短,硫化胶的定伸应力和拉伸强度增大,撕裂强度和回弹值减小,压缩生热升高,耐磨性能提高。
英文摘要:
      The influence of carbon black N115,N134 and N234 in tread compound properties of TBR tire were investigated.The results showed that compared with carbon black N115 filled compound,the Mooney viscosity of carbon black N134 or N234 filled compound were increased significantly,scorch time and cure time reduced;modulus and tensile strength of vulcanizate increased,tear strength and resilience decreased,compression heat build-up was higher,and wear resistance improved.
