| 介绍8.25-16混合型轻型载重斜交轮胎的设计。结构设计：外直径 848 mm，断面宽 212 mm，行驶面宽度 164 mm，胎圈着合直径 406 mm，花纹深度 18.5 mm，采用独特的横向连贯花纹块设计。施工设计：胎面采用三方五块结构，胎体分别采用1870dtex/2V1和1870 dtex/2V2锦纶6浸胶帘布，采用压辊包边成型机成型，双模硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明，充气轮胎物理性能、外缘尺寸、强度性能和耐久性能均符合相应国家或企业标准要求。 |

| A design of 8.25-16 mixed LT bias tire was described.In structure design，the followingparameters were taken：overall diameter 848 mm，cross sectional width 212 mm，width of running surface 164 mm，bead diameter at rim seat 406 mm，pattern depth 18.5 mm，with the design of special transverse coherence pattern block.In construction design，the following processes were taken：three-formula and five-piece extruded tread，1870dtex/2V1and 1870dtex/2V2 nylon 6 cord for carcass ply；using press roll and tipping building machine to build tires，and using double mold vulcanizer to cure tires.It was confirmed by the tests of finished tires that the inflated overall dimension，physical properties，strength performance and endurance properties met the requirements of national standard or enterprise standard. |
