| 研究混炼工艺对雪地轮胎冠部胎面胶性能的影响。结果表明，改进前的1#混炼方案工艺条件设计不合理，混炼效果不理想，胶料性能较差；通过对密炼机容量、加油温度以及加料顺序等工艺进行改进，改进后的2#混炼方案胶料的硫化特性和物理性能较好，雪地轮胎胎面胶的低温硬度与动态力学性能满足使用要求。 |

| The influence of mixing process on the properties of crown tread compound of snow tire was investigated.The results showed that，the design of process conditions of 1# mixing scheme was unreasonable，the mixing effect was not satisfactory and the compound properties were poor.The curing characteristies and physical properties of 2# mixing scheme compound were good，the low temperature hardness and dynamic mechanical properties of tread compound of snow tire met the application requirements by the modification of internal mixer capacity，oiling temperature and feeding order. |
