      采用RPA2000型橡胶加工分析仪对填充环保型芳烃油的乳聚丁苯橡胶(ESBR)1723胶料性能进行表征。结果表明,与填充高芳烃油的ESBR1712胶料相比,ESBR1723胶料的加工性能稍逊,但流动性较好,硫化胶的滚动阻力较小,压缩生热较低。通过改进混炼工艺,调整配方或挤出工艺,改善加工性能,可以充分发挥ESBR1723滚动阻力小、生热低的胎面胶应用优势。
英文摘要:
      The characterization of environment-friendly aromatic oil extended ESBR for tread compound was investigated by RPA2000.The results showed that compared to aromatic oil extended ESBR1712,the processability of ESBR1723 was decreased,but the flowability was better,the rolling resistance and compression heat build-up of vulcanizate were lower.These advantages could be achieved by improving milling procedures,optimizing formula or extrusion procedures.
