介绍250-15 20PR低断面工业车辆轮胎的设计情况。结构设计:外直径 725 mm,断面宽 246 mm,行驶面宽度 208 mm,胎圈着合直径 385 mm,胎圈着合宽度 190.5 mm,断面水平轴位置 0.858 6,花纹深度 32 mm;施工设计:胎面采用二方四块结构,胎体和缓冲层帘布分别采用10层1400dtex/3V1锦纶6帘布和2层930dtex/2V3锦纶6帘布,胎圈采用双钢丝圈结构,采用半芯轮式Φ490 mm成型机头成型,双模定型硫化机硫化。成品轮胎性能试验结果表明,轮胎充气外缘尺寸和物理性能达到设计和国家标准要求。 |

The design of 250-15 20PR low profile industry vehicle tire was described.In structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 725 mm,cross-sectional width 246 mm,width of running surface 208 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 385 mm,bead width at rim seat 190.5 mm,cross-sectional level ratio 0.858 6,pattern depth 32 mm;in construction design,the following processes were taken:two-formula and four-piece extruded tread,10 layers 1400dtex/3V1 nylon 6 cord for carcass ply,2 layers 930dtex/2V3 nylon 6 cord for breaker ply,two bead wire rings for bead structure,using the semi core drum with a diameter of 490 mm to build tires,and using the double-mold tire molding vulcanizer to cure tires.It was confirmed by the test of finished tires that the overall dimension and physical properties met the requirements of design and national standard. |
