      介绍11.00-20 18PR载重斜交轮胎的优化设计。结构设计:外直径 1 094 mm,断面宽 258 mm,行驶面宽度 225 mm,弧度高 16 mm,胎圈着合直径 508 mm,胎圈着合宽度 203 mm,断面水平轴位置 0.866 2,下胎侧采用凸出加厚设计(厚度为2 mm),花纹深度 24 mm,花纹周节数 31。施工设计:胎面采用三方五块结构,胎体帘布层采用10层1870dtex/2锦纶6帘布(8层V1和2层V2),缓冲层采用4层1400dtex/2V3锦纶6帘布,胎圈采用双钢丝圈结构。成品轮胎试验结果表明,轮胎充气外缘尺寸和强度性能达到国家标准要求,耐久性能提高。

      The optimized design of 11.00-20 18PR bias truck tire was described.In structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 1 094 mm,cross sectional width 258 mm,width of running surface 225 mm,running surface arc height 16 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 508 mm,bead width at rim seat 203 mm,cross-sectional level ratio 0.866 2,the down side wall uses protrudent thickened design(the thickness is 2 mm),pattern depth 24 mm,number of pattern pitch 31;in construction design,the following processes were taken:three-formula and five pieces extruding process for tread application,10 layers 1870dtex/2 nylon 6 cord(8 layers V1 and 2 layers V2) for carcass ply,4 layers 1400dtex/2V3 nylon 6 cord for breaker ply,and double bead wire ring for bead structure.It was confirmed by the test of finished tires that the overall dimension and the strength performance met the requirements of national standard,and the endurance performance of tires was improved.
