介绍29.5R25工程机械子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 1 873 mm,断面宽 776 mm,行驶面宽度 659.6 mm,行驶面弧度高 35.3 mm,胎圈着合直径 629.92 mm,胎面采用宽横沟块状花纹。施工设计:钢丝圈采用11-17-12正六角形结构,安全倍数达到8.0;胎体采用7×7结构单层钢丝帘布,安全倍数达到6.6;带束层采用多角度4层钢丝帘布,安全倍数达到7.6。成品性能试验结果表明,轮胎充气外缘尺寸、耐久性能等均符合设计要求。 |

A design of 29.5R25 OTR tire was described. In structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 1 873 mm,cross sectional width 776 mm,width of running surface 659.6 mm,radian height of running surface 35.3 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 629.92 mm,and wide cross-groove block pattern for tread.In construction design,the following processes are taken:11-17-12 positive hexagonal structure for wire ring,the safety factor 8.0;7×7 single steel cord for carcass ply,the safety factor 6.6;4-layer multi-angle steel cord for belt ply,the safety factor 7.6.It was confirmed by the test on finished tire that the inflated overall diameter and endurance met the design targets. |
