介绍1425×450-34低断面无内胎工程机械轮胎的设计。结构设计:轮胎外直径 1 408 mm,轮胎断面宽 432 mm,采用非对称胎侧设计,行驶面宽度 405 mm,胎圈着合直径 859 mm,花纹深度 55 mm。施工设计:胎体采用8层2100dtex/2锦纶6帘布(6层V1+2层V2),并附加2层1400dtex/2V3锦纶6缓冲帘布。胎面胶采用SBR与NR并用。成品轮胎充气外缘尺寸符合企业标准要求,物理性能达到国家标准要求。 |

A design of 1425×450-34 low profile tubeless OTR tire is described.In structure design,the following parameters are taken:overall diameter1 408 mm,cross sectional width 432 mm,non symmetrical design on sidewall, width of running surface 405 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 859 mm,pattern depth 55 mm.In construction design,the following processes are taken:8 layers 2100dtex/2 nylon 6 cord (6 layers V1+2 layers V2) for carcass ply,and 2 layers 1400dtex/2V3 nylon 6 cord for breaker ply.Blend of SBR and NR is used for tread compound. The inflated overall dimension of finished tire meets the enterprise criteria,and the physical properties meet the requirements in the corresponding national standards. |
