研究增粘树脂TKM-M在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎侧胶中的应用。结果表明,在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎侧胶中以增粘树脂TKM-M等量替代Koresin,胶料的自粘性稍差,硫化特性和硫化胶的物理性能变化不大,挤出性能可以满足生产工艺要求,成品轮胎的耐久性能超过国家标准要求,生产成本降低。 |

The application of phenolic resin TKM-M in sidewall compound of TBR tire was investigated. The results showed that, by using phenolic resin TKM-M instead of Koresin by equal weight in sidewall compound of TBR tire, the rubber compound tackifying ability was slightly reduced, the curing behavior of rubber compound and physical properties of vulcanizate changed little, the extrudability of compound met the requirements of processing technology, the endurance of finished tire exceeded the requirement in the national standard and the production cost was reduced. |
