| 进行385/55R22.5低断面无内胎全钢载重子午线轮胎的结构设计和施工设计。结构设计：外直径 995.005 mm，断面宽度 397.030 mm，胎圈着合直径 569.5 mm，胎面采用纵向条形普通花纹。施工设计：气密层采用BIIR胶料，胎冠采用双复合、胎侧采用三复合方式挤出，胎体采用3＋9＋15×0.22＋0.15HT钢丝帘线，带束层采用上3层半结构。成品轮胎充气外缘尺寸、耐久性能、速度性能和强度均满足要求。 |

| The design of 385/55R22.5 low aspect ratio tubeless TBR tire is described.In structure design，the following parameters are taken:overall diameter 995.005 mm，section width 397.030 mm，diameter at rim bead seat 569.5 mm，longitudinal strip pattern for tread. In construction design，the following processes are taken:BIIR for inner liner，duplex extruding for crown，triple extruding for sidewall，3＋9＋15×0.22＋0.15HT steel cord for carcass ply，three and half layer structure for belt.The inflated overall diameter，endurance performance，speed performance and strength met the requirements. |
