      对半钢子午线轮胎胎侧胶配方进行改进,以提高轮胎的高速耐久性能。结果表明,通过适当增大硫黄和促进剂用量,胎侧胶的硫化速度加快、定伸应力和耐屈挠性能提高、生热降低,其它性能变化不大,成品轮胎的高速耐久性能显著改善。
英文摘要:
      The sidewall formula of PCR tire was modified to improve the high speed endurance performanceThe test results showed that,by increasing the additional level of sulfur and accelerator,the curing rate of sidewall compound increased,the modulus and the flexing resistance improved,the heat build up decreased,and other properties changed little.The high speed endurance performance of finished tire was improved significantly.
